“Clean and great location ...”
The best

Nice clean hotel, clean modern room and centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and all the main attractions. Not far from cruise ship pier. Breakfast was worth the money paid for, however breakfast area was a little crowded. No Marriott freebie perks! Will stay here again

1, The helpfulness of the staff at the reception, particularly Alejandro who went out of his way to attend to our (many and varied) needs. He is a true hospitality industry professional who is always striving to make the guests have the best experience during their stay. 2. The perfect location: the hotel is located in the heart of the city and a walking distance to just about everything that is interesting in the city. 3. The facilities: the hotel is new, with a modern design and an efficient room layout. 4. The responsiveness of the staff to adverse circumstances. A key measure of a hotel's quality is not the problems that have adverse effects on guests (ex: elevator breakdown), but rather how quickly and effectively it responds to such problems. In that regard, the responsiveness of the hotel staff could not be better, and deserves a special recognition.

“Lovely stay”
The best

Great location, and an incredibly calm and quiet room. Unfortunately the pool on the rooftop was closed for renovation at the time, but it was still lovely to spend some time there, you can take a shower to refresh.

To be improved

Contact with the staff was quite pleasant, except while leaving the hotel. We wanted to pick up the luggage, and we were rudely told by a staff member at reception that he was busy with another thing. Finally the other guests waiting in line let us through as they saw that we were in a rush.
