AC Hotel Cartagena

Our 3rd stay with family visiting the area. We are never disappointed great hotel central to attractions and great value. Breakfast was lovely

The hotel and room was exceptionally hot. When I discussed with reception they said there is nothing they could do. The beds were very uncomfortable. Lots of drilling noise form 8am. Needless to say no sleep was had in this hotel.

Staff are great. Specially the guys taking care of the breakfast area. We were always greated with enthusiasm and a smile. That was the highlight! With regards to the property, it is an old hotel. The rooms could use some updating and the shower was luck warm. The location is great.

Hotel is in a great location facing the port, our room had a large terrace with views of the bay, staff were very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Our room was a bit tired but overall a great hotel to stay in.

A comfy hotel with lots of thoughtful items in the room. Very clean, very quiet and in a good location. The decor is modern but a little dark, and bare in the Reception area. The breakfast was good and the staff, friendly. We were unable to park in their underground car park even though the hotel was very quiet, and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest public car park.
