“You will need a taxi to the heart of old town Toledo”

The hotel has free parking and we got fantastic balcony room overlooking the beautiful old city of Toledo. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a wonderful view. But, be prepared to carry your luggage up many steps from the parking lot to the hotel. Additionally, our a/c in room 401 was quite weak. Service was also a drawback, as there was only one staff member on duty in the afternoon and evening, and both the service and attitude were less than cordial.

“Excellent location, very not hotel, well worth a visit”

The location was great, a bus stop right out the hotel, on the hour and about 40 mins walk back up the hill. Nice lounge to eat and drink and clean and tidy room

To be improved

We had no hot water the evening we arrived and no hot water in the morning when we asked, all we got back was we are fixing it, would have been nice to know on our arrival. This would not put me off returning as is was a very nice stay, just a technical error, it was a evening/morning cold flannel moment
