“Good hotel but location not ideal for the city centre”
The best

It is an excellent modern hotel, probably main target is business people, but nonetheless less we found it very comfortable. All the hotel facilities were excellent, very comfy bed, and excellent room size and bathroom. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good. It has very secure underground parking, which was excellent and easy to navigate.

To be improved

If you want to explore Heulva then the hotel is probably not ideal as it is a taxi ride away. It also took us a long time to get a taxi for the return journey. We also did not realise that most of Heulva was shut for the holidays, so that was disappointing. It also made it a little bit difficult to find a restaurant.

“The staff is friendly and speaks good English. I injured my leg and the lady at the Receptionist was kind to bring up to my room bandage and antiseptic and asked me every time weather I am OK or need any thing else. · Cons: I am dairy intolerant and could not find much things to eat at breakfast.”

“perfect for stopover travelling by car”

the hotel is perfectly located for a stopover en route by car, Staff very helpful and courteous. breakfast of good standard. garage can be reached from inside by lift

unless one travels by car and therefore uses internal lift to access reception , one has to walk up some difficult stairs in front of hotel. no other difficulty really

The best

This is my second visit to this hotel so they must be doing something right. Stayed for one night. Breakfast good no other meals available but there are snacks to purchase. Friendly and clean and a good walk into town. Supermarket over the road.
