The best

Hotel AC Palacio Da Santa Ana asserts its status as a five-star establishment, but it is essential to acknowledge that this classification may be subjective. The only tangible evidence of its five-star designation is its expansive size and aesthetically pleasing rear lawn overlooking a river. While the hotel does offer a gym and a pool, these amenities are rather ordinary. The condition of the rooms is dire. Wallpaper is peeling off, furniture and fixtures are aged, damaged, and soiled, and the carpet in the lobby, chairs, and sofas throughout the hotel is either stained or torn. It is worth noting that it is generally customary for five-star hotels to provide essential amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, safety deposit boxes, laundry bags, water kettles, and a comprehensive set of toiletries in the rooms, ideally placed prior to guest check-in. Regrettably, upon entering my room, none of these items were present. Upon request, they could only provide me with a water kettle, laundry bag, bathrobe, and slippers. The restaurant and room service hours are restricted, and public transportation is not conveniently accessible. Despite these shortcomings, the breakfast spread is quite satisfactory, and this may be the best aspect of the hotel. The food quality is also commendable. Overall, I believe that Hotel AC Palacio Da Santa Ana should reconsider its self-identification as a five-star establishment and instead adopt a more appropriate designation of a premier hotel.

Safe missing in room. Aircon much too loud. Pool very narrow and very noisy when there are a couple of children. Not functioning Turkish bath
