“Excellent choice again for an overnight stay”
The best

Having stayed numerous times before I was aware of the hotel and didn't hesitate to stay once more. It's only a short walk to the main square and old town and close to the motorways.

To be improved

The underground parking is a little challenging to get in an out on a motorcycle! It's only a short 15min walk into the city, but if you have mobility problems it might be an issue...

“Very good value for a short visit to Ponferrada”

We received an upgrade to a suite and the extra space was much appreciated. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

To be improved

The location meant that we had a 15 minute walk into the main town for good dining options as it was quite limited in the immediate area.

The staff are so helpful, that we will ride the Camino, the staff help to put our bikes in the conference room for three days. They are so nice and most friendly staff I ever met in our Spain trip. gracias!

“We enjoyed our 1 night stay at this hotel”
The best

The hotel was modern and clean. It was within easy walking distance to explore Ponferrada. There was secure free parking for our motorbikes directly under the hotel (I believe that the main hotel car park for cars is the other side of the main street.). Breakfast was good. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

To be improved

Whilst we really appreciated the free secure motorcycle parking. I wanted to point out to other people who may use it that the access ramp is very steep. When coming up the ramp, you are directly onto a pavement on the junction for the roundabout.
