AC Hotel Recoletos by Marriott

I arrived today after an intercontinental flight...tired and sleepy. I asked for early access to my room and was granted it. Then I had a problem with the room door, which was resolved quickly. These things can happen, but what I want to say is that ALL the staff I spoke to were very efficient and kind. The hotel is in a very nice location and convenient for visiting museums, restaurants, and shopping. The room was fine, but I'm a bit picky. The only issue, but it's not a major one, is the TV entertainment. There's no Netflix or HBO... I definitely recommend this hotel. Well done to the reception, front desk, and housekeeping staff.

This was a Fall Vacation in Madrid that included an American Football Game. We hit the town armed with an amazing list of restaurants provided by the amazing AC Recoletos staff greeted us with big genuine smiles and laughs. Our room was immaculate; the linen is soft and cozy. The service staff was attentive. Our room had a street view, that made us excited to get out and walk around. We absolutely loved the vibe of this area. This Hotel provided everything we needed but more important is the extras we wanted. The cost of the stay was comparable to other hotels in and around this area. This Neighborhood...So Live with a mix of locals, students from abroad, and tourist like us. You will walk to some of the most beautiful Attractions! Do not miss El Retiro Park! We ate magnificent Tapas in town woke up to amazing local bakeries. The BONUS is ending the evenings at Recoletos Jazz Club. YES! This stay fell during JAZZMADRID. We got to hear some of the most gifted artist night after night. I don't remember any out of them ordinary noise. Hmmm what more could you ask for? Oh yes, the most wonderful Bartender who served me cappuccino and cookies in the mornings.

Nice hotel with a frat location. Quiet street but close to great attractions. Good A/C and great breakfast spread. Would stay again

Location, the staff because their great service in all areas, jazz music at the recoletos bar.
