The sheets were dirty with unpleasant stains. We asked for new sheets and they didn’t offer to change the sheets, instead they brought a single sheet for me to made the bed. The shower drainage was not draining properly and when taking a shower all the water was coming out of the shower into the bathroom. Very messy. The lady at the reception was not very helpful, maybe didn’t know the area because wasn’t able to tell us how to get food or which way to go to find a restaurant. The hotel doesn’t have an open restaurant on the weekends, this was very inconvenient.

The room was very small, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was what we expected in Spain.

To be improved

The size of the bedroom and the terrible smell that took the staff two days to eliminate, from our room and the hallway. The Turkish steam room wouldn't turn off, making it unbearable to enjoy.
