“lovely hotel, great staff, shower and breakfast very poor. Bar shuts very early”

breakfast very poor if your British. Shower was nightmare and didn't work all week. power kept going off in the room. Bar closed very early all week.

“Great convenient location near the main train station with helpful staff”

The best

Location was exactly what I was looking for being close to the train station. Breakfast was very good, and service was also very good. Good selection and well laid out.

To be improved

The kitchen was not operational at night so I only had a choice of cold plate items for dinner which was disappointing. The fitness area is small but I was the only one there at the time so it was OK.

“Great accommodation and great location”

The best

The location for us was perfect, since we needed to catch a train soon after check-out. The Barcelona Saints train station is across the road from the hotel.

To be improved

There was nothing that we did not like. (I wish to bring to management´s attention that the basin tap needs attention)

“Excellent hotel on the walking distance to Barcelona Sants”

The best

Breakfast was of good quality, however there should be more vegetarian options. Hotel is close to Barcelona Sants that makes it suitable for overnight stay when you are traveling in the morning via the airport or on the Renfe trains.

To be improved

Ongoing construction around the Barcelona Sants has made the walk to the hotel a bit complicated.

“A refuge from Barcelona-Sants Railway Statiom”

The best

A great location for a hotel, a. Stone throw away from Barcelona-Saints Railways Station - a short five minutes walk across the carpark - just head for the hotel taking the exit by McDonalds - ignore Google maps which will walk you in a long and pointless semi circle!! A big shoutout to Monica at check-in for finding us a room at short notice and doing a price match against Booking.com com saving us around 48 Euros (although there may be a discount for breakfast in that number). We stayed in Room 113 - other reviews have mention noise - but we were untroubled by it. The room was clean, everything you need - good mattress, tea making (but only two pottles of milk - an issue easily fixed by asking a house keeper for some more off her trolly. The only thing letting the room down is the shower with black mould on the ceiling and silicone seal - nothing some maintenance couldn’t fix solve. We found the shower floor slippery so take care - shower pressure is good as are the bathroom ammenities - toothbrush and tissues. All in all a good and safe refuge to relax at for the day from Barcelona-Sants and the crowds while waiting for an evening train.

Good location and convenient public transportation. The Barcelona Bus Tourist - Red line is only one minute away on foot.

To be improved

Shower water always turns hot or cold quite suddenly. don’t know the reason.
