When we arrrived for breakfast at 9.45am most of the tables had not been cleaned and were still full of breakfast plates. I am used to being greeted at the breakfast lounge and taken to a table and having it prepared with cutlery. This did not happen. We were left to find a clean table then search for cutlery. A lot of the food offerings had run out and were not replenished. The food I did have was nice however. The experience was the same on the second morning. The single bed nearest the window in room 304 squeaks/creaks.

“Comfortable hotel with helpful staff”
The best

The location was great because we needed a hotel closer to Palau Sant Jordi. From the city centre its quite far. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, the room was comfortable as well but looked a bit cold and grey (just a personal preference). Staff was always ready to help. Lovely non-scary elevator :)

To be improved

A bit far from city centre, the room could be cozier, the view around is great but would be better if window was clean. Nonetheless it was comfortable and staff was great.
