Elevator was rickety and shaky, weird dirty spots in the bathroom, card reader was hanging out the wall and fire doors propped open (not much point having a fire door) - we checked in and within an hour had checked out and got a place in Salou instead

“Ok City Hotel”

The best

A bit for away from Old Town and Harbour. Rooms ok size, modern design. Some service issues. Bed lamp did not work. No Kleenex in bathroom. Ok fitness center. Breakfast buffet costs extra, has ok quality. Friendly staff. Parking garage extremely narrow and tight. All in all ok value for money

“Nice Hotel”

The best

A really nice hotel in a very good location. The staff are lovely very friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms and a good shower. One gripe, one small bottle of water for two people, per stay. Seems a little mean, particularly in summer. Otherwise all good, and recommend it.

“Staff is nice and agreed to give me a late checkout · Cons: 20 mins walk from the beach, facility is a bit on the dated side, one of the 2 elevators didn’t work, the hallway out of the elevator is dark, there was no charging socket (except a USB outlet) next to the bed, so can’t charge and lay in bed at the same time, one would expect more from a eur15.5 breakfast but very limited options and even the jamons are not of the average quality”

“I think the location is great and beds are comfy · Cons: If you are paying 150 euros for a night , you want good AC in this heat outside, AC was not working and even after informing the receptionist 2 times it took them 4 hours to fix it and they were making faces as if i am asking for too much. Cleaning in the room was okay okay and i can see good amount of dust in areas , so i was expecting a better hygiene from Mariott hotels”
