Good location, the property was big, lot of space, two bathrooms and thus very practical for families. Forniture was quite old and could use an upgrade to be a bit more modernized. Unfortunately the communication with the manager of the property was quite disappointing from the very beginning. We asked for a baby bed and highchair - for which they charged an extra price - we didn’t receive the information where and how to send the money until two hours prior check in and they insisted we had to pay that before entering the apartment. So, since we had a 10 months old baby and we were traveling, we couldn’t check constantly our mobile and we didn’t read the message of the property about the payment until when we arrived at the property. When we entered we found out that the high chair was missing and the baby bed had a matress which was smaller and not fitting the bed, thus representing a possible danger for the baby. We told the situation to the property manager and he said that since we hadn’t pay yet (again: he told us two hours prior check in - way to short term to be able to react - on top with a baby that made everything more complicated) they brought just the bed they had and they would bring the chair after our payment, plus extra charge for the extra transport. To make the story short: we could only find a compromise thanks the intervention of the customer service of booking.com, they made him bring the high chair, a new baby bed with fitting mattress and they reimbursed us the extra trasport fee… but that was not a nice way to begin our holiday, we would have wished a clear and fair communication from the property manager from the start, considering also that the price they charge for the staying is quite high..so that we also expect a good customer service in order to assure a safe and smooth holiday for our family. That’s a pity overall.

The owner manager is not very nice its a long story if need more info ask The property is a nice apartment old furniture lacks accessories towels old no beach towels ,cutlery only 2 knives & forks no plug for the sink some sockets work some light switches work ant on bench and on cupboard doors and i know its spain keep everthing away lived in spain 25 years so was not us toilet runs water all time. (i mended) we tried to contact the manager first day didnt reply for 4 days only a nasty message hes nasty never mind he spoilt holidays be carefuldont book here better choices else where

A lot of space. Very clean and tidy. Nice terrace at the back. Lovely and clean swimming pool we were the only ones to use! Straight onto a great promenade, close to the beach and an outdoor gym. Close to shops, restaurants and other facilities.
