The parking was a real issue. We had specified before that we had a trailer. At this stage, the owners should have told us this was not suitable. The parking was in an underground car park a short walk from the property, but to access that you needed to access the apartment to get the key. There was no way we could stop outside the apartment with our trailer meaning a huge hassle to find somewhere to drop the trailer before driving back to the apartment to collect the key. I then thought I would test the parking before collecting the trailer. It was impossible. We have a VW transporter, the ramp down was terrifying, and if you go too far, then you are basically stuck in an underground car park with no way out. Once we opened the locked cage, the van was able to go through, but the headroom was not as specified and we ended up scraping the top of the roof of our van quite severely. The possibility of even bringing a trailer down into that car park was out of the question so we ended up parking it on a street half an hour's walk from the apartment meaning a march through the city with three kids and all of our luggage. And a very sleepless night worrying about our van and trailer. The most stressful night away I have ever had. Inside the apartment, it was clean, but the area feels really unsafe - we were warned several times about thieves operating in the area. There were exposed wires throughout the kitchen.

The building can be noisy and the windows don't isolate the noise because they don't close properly. Only the small room can be quiet to sleep. There were hairs on the shower floor, the shower door was broken. The sink in the toilet is super small. The price is high.
