It was close to the beach and had good access to shops and restaurants which were a short walk away

To be improved

It was not air conditioned so in hotter months you will struggle especially if you want to sleep without the window open due to noise from the surroundings. The pool was great but there were no free lounge chairs or storage lockers. The lounge area advertised was very basic and did not provide much entertainment for the kids

“Great vacation”

Host (Michael) sent all the info by Whatsapp, even the video of entrance and how to pickup keys. He was also always available for additional assistance. So, apartment is on 4th floor (there are 2 elevators), we had a parking in the yard with remote control key, market is 3 minutes walk, beach 5 minutes, restaurants 3 minutes and you have a sea view from the balcony. There are pools, but we only used the beach. Michael also contacted us 1 day before departure and asked for plans (and let us stay a few hours more because we had flight in the afternoon). Apartment was modern and clean, even with mosquito protection on windows, everything as described. I would choose it for the next visit also.

To be improved

Everything was great, but if I need to point out something: Shower pressure is weaker, but usable (I think it cannot be fixed by host), additional pillow would be nice to have.

“Superb”

The best

Beautiful fully equipped apartment. Perfect communicatoin with owner (Michael). At the beginning we have an issue with remote control from parking gate and it was fixed by Michael as soon as possible.

To be improved

Swimming pool opening hours - 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We chose accommodation with a swimming pool to have our daughters possibility to go swimming after our trekking trips. Unfortunately we often left an appartment before and returned after (or almost after) opening hours.

“Exceptional”

The best

Exceptional property - very clean with new facilities in a central building with breathtaking view. The owner is very responsive and provided great information. Definitely an absolute gem in Tenerife! Location, cleanness, view - it has it all!
