Acogedor apartamento cerca Centro Histórico de Málaga

The owner was extremely rude, aggressive and abusive! We were told we couldn’t check in despite our flight being delayed (out of our control) and he was prepared to kick us onto the street at 2am if we didn’t pay his last minute cash demand for a late check in and large damage deposit fee. He proceeded to yell and swear at us for arriving later than planned even though we communicated with him hours before letting him know we would be late. Upon checking out he was extremely hostile, we had communicated with him via whatsapp and were told we could check out any time and to let him know when we were ready, he showed up at 10am before we had said we were ready and screamed at us as we weren’t packed up yet, he then refused to give us our damage bond back as there were 3 dishes left in the sink, which we offered to clean ourselves, when we told him we wouldn’t leave without our bond back he became aggressive and called the police as well as physically assaulting our friend by pushing him into a wall and trying to forcibly remove him from the apartment where a neighbour had to step in to help. He then called the police whilst holding us hostage with the door locked not allowing us to leave. The situation was overall distressing and traumatic which he followed up on it by making up false accusations to booking.com, i.e we had left cigarette ashes across the apartment despite being 3x non smokers. Unfortunately, we didn’t read the similar reviews before this but have now seen that this has happened to multiple other guests by the same owner. Avoid this place at all costs!

Just short on towels. We had to buy more.

When i travel around Spain almost every apartment has a small double bed i mean from 140-150cm wide and that just is not enough space for two persons only if you like to sleep in a spoon😉 Don t know how Spanish people sleep in that small beds but c mon Spanish people start buying beds from 160-180cm wide!!!💪💪
