WiFi was advertised as good but it was barely sufficient for basic web searches much less working. It was so slow I could hardly get an upload speed reading. I had to find a co work space. Bed was very small. I was solo traveling so it didn’t affect me but others should be aware it’s very small for two people. The neighborhood was really not very nice and if you’re looking for a whole Valencia vibe, you won’t find it there. It’s a long way from the center of town where all the attractions are and as a tourist you feel pretty disconnected. It’s expensive / they Seem to be charging a lot for a completely out-of-the-way basic not very interesting neighborhood.

1) communication The host was contacted days before the reservation and never got back to Booking.com, and to me, while on a previous Friday, he accepted verbally a modification (change of dates). I always had to call him because he never responded on Booking.com, like for example, to provide check in instructions. He also never responded our request to have an early check in, and this was also requested in advance. The host is not good In communicating with his guests. 2) value for money, the price of s night at the apartment is higher than it should be

Was not aware that as soon as you open the front door you are in the bedroom. also didn't like that there isn't a door that separate bedroom from rest of property. the street is very noisy and there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything from outside.
