Everything, the place is very dangerous. No windows. Very dirty and disgusting. Super cold. And there is a neighbour who is knocking to the door all the time. Frightening.

The only thing good in this apartment is the location. The apartment is not located in the center, but it has metro and bus station near them.

To be improved

The neighbors were so rude. First of all, the building is super scary, it seems like we are entering a scary movies. Secondly, our apartment was so smelly (our neighbor smoked weed daily). Furthermore, since the apartment was a bit old, the infrastructure was not good at all. For that reasons, our neighbor was consistently knocking at our door saying that we could not walk in our apartment. Not to mention that the neighbor was so rude.

The best

Well-located, relatively large apartment with two small but separate bedrooms on the first floor of a tenement house in the Eixample district, bus stop right outside the gate, three metro stations within 5-6 minutes' walk. The apartment is well equipped, it has everything you need to survive a few days, there is an espresso machine and a stove to cook something. The beds were very comfortable, clean linen and towels. Old wooden doors and tile floors have a cool atmosphere. The owner was very nice. good value for money.

Good location with a great supermarket right across. Elevator for easy access to bring luggage up and down. Decent size kitchen and living area space.

To be improved

First off, we were not aware of a cash deposit that had to be made upon arriving. Next, this place does not look like the pictures shown. Shower head, washing machine, and heater was all broken. The sink was clogged and there was barely enough toilet paper for 3 days. The fridge and cabinets are wobbly, and we got a tiny body wash the size of my thumb. The neighbors are NOT friendly at all (i cannot emphasize this enough)!!! Apparently, the walls and floor are so thin that walking and talking has to be done so carefully. We did NOT feel safe to return to this place each day.
