The landlord's communication is very, very bad. I had to write it down every time to get the keys, the directions were very bad. The apartment rules on the website stated that an invoice would be given. I asked the landlord about this before making a reservation. I requested the invoice when my stay was over. He wrote that he would send it in a few days. He is currently not responding to my messages on the website or WhatsApp. The apartment is dirtier than it looks in the photos. The beds are not comfortable at all. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. The refreshments in the kitchen are very inadequate. I think the refreshments are left over from the previous tenant. Because they were all missing. It is not sure how hygienic this is. For this price you can stay in much better places.

The best

I traveled for business to the University of Seville with my friend, the apartment was very well located, had a very good internet connection, the kitchen is very well equipped. I spent a very nice time there. I thank the host for this stay. Whenever I return to Seville I will definitely choose the same apartment.

You need to work on the ventilation system in the bathroom

The best

Excellent value for money. Residential neighbourhood but close enough to downtown historic area. Great supermarket nearby, as well as buses and riverside. Perfect also for people visiting the Isla Magica theme park. Cannot thank enough the property owner, who made everything easy and smooth for us.
