Acogedor apartamento en el Eixample

i opened the window and was view brick with garbage with no mosquito nets so we had mosquito's inside, also apartment was quite humid

Please consider that although the flat seems to be on the 1st floor, it’s somehow a basement apartment, with little windows facing a tiny inner courtyard. Do you will have these windows always closed and shadowed with curtains. And in the evening it’s very noisy from that courtyard as it faces with little distance other flats, so you hear everything and the light from their homes comes into the flat at night. Not the best place for someone who is sensitive to noise and light at night and needs special conditions for sleep.

There was a construction site just beside the apartment with totally ruined the experience. I understand this is something out of the apartment control, but at least they should warn us about.
