Bathroom was dirty , grime in shower , toilet was half under the sink top , kept hitting hip of the unit when getting up from toilet . Kitchen looked like the units were ready to fall apart , in general apt was very tired and worn looking . Also tiles on floor outside apt from door were dug up and laid loosely , very easy to fall over them , really dangerous

WiFi was terrible and barely works. Apartment warm and could do with air con. Cleaner arrived at 10.45 demanding to get in and clean the apartment despite 11 am checkout. Only communication with host was via booking.com not ideal when I arrived and couldn’t find the keys to start. But host answered any questions I had quickly.

There was a number of issues that were below standard of the cost in my opinion. No air con, no reasonable tv channels, poor bedding, loose kitchen doors etc, electrical sockets loose etc and poor bathroom compared to other rooms that family members stayed in.
