The best

The terrace was hit by the sun during the biggest part of the day so pleasant for eating outside during lunch or coffee break. Bed and pillows are comfortable but bad quality bed sheets (baby cot didn't had any pillows neither blanket)

To be improved

The apartment is full of useless stuff left by the owner (opening the closet you find candles, papers, decorative stuff, nails scissors, shaving gel used, etc.) not only it gives a sense of lack of cleanliness but as well it's pointless and with a kid, I had to remove many things around. Windows are hard to close, shutters as well, many things should be clean up and refresh as well some maintenance work are necessary (see pics)
