I liked the cleanliness and the attention to detail plus the modern appliances and decor. Very close to the airport

To be improved

There was only a limited amount of hot water so showers needed to be quick (which is not a bad thing but I would have liked to have known that in advance). Not the easiest to navigate the Metro getting to the city centre ( a lot of stops and transfers)

“Our home away from home in Madrid. Highly recommend!”

The best

Carol and her husband are extremely friendly to us. They swiftly responded to our requests and were very helpful. The flat was clean and orderly. The utilities (wifi, kitchen, heater, air conditioner, washing machine, etc.) were of great quality. The location was ideal, with two supermarkets, local cafes and stores, and a train station all within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank you so much, Carol!

“Our stay April 2023”

The best

This property was very convenient for our stay as our son and daughter in law live very close by. The owner had arranged for somebody to be onsite with the key when we arrived late at night. The property was very nicely presented as it was newly decorated/ refurbished. We will definitely be booking to stay here again on our next visit.

To be improved

The property has got air conditioning fitted but we found that this was non effective in the bedroom area. Although we had the air conditioning on full, in the night time the sleeping got quite uncomfortable and too hot. I think this could be a real issue when the hotter weather arrives. This can be easily rectified by purchasing a portable oscillating fan, that could be plugged in at night as and when required.
