Great location, great pool, it is clean and renovated, beds are super comfortable, you have parking if you are renting a car which is great.

To be improved

There were some small bugs in the kitchen like ants, so that was anoying. Also it is noisy since the road is close so bring the ear plugs. When we were making the breakfast the electricity power was shutting down, so you needed to bring it up again or turn off the boiler or something else.

Good location central to all in Playa del Ingles

To be improved

Apartment has an ants issue. Could not use kettle as power would trip once plugged in every time. Towels provided very poor, was promised new towels but never delivered. AC only in living room and no benefit in bedrooms where required the most. Very noisy due to road and neighbours.

“Great place if you’re on a budget.”

Very spacious and very clean. In a great location, and had a lovely pool. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice restaurant downstairs but was closed a couple of days.

To be improved

Kettle blew the fuse board twice so we had to boil water in a saucepan. No toaster. No English speaking channels on the TV. No contact from property manager whatsoever. I was told to bring €299 in cash as a deposit which was a pain, then no one asked for it.
