Avoid this place at all costs! We arrived at check-in time, only to be told we couldn't enter because the apartment wasn't clean yet. When we finally got in, the whole place reeked of bleach, which lingered throughout our stay. The apartment was filthy - there were hairs everywhere, dirty pots and pans on the shelves (that they considered clean), and a thick layer of dust coating everything. We weren't even sure if the sheets had been changed. The bed was a mattress on the floor with no frame, and it was impossible to get in or out of it from the side. The sliding bathroom door had a huge gap between it and the wall, making it impossible to have any privacy. The shower door didn’t close completely. The only two chairs in the apartment looked like they were about to break as soon as you sat down. The sofa was too filthy and dusty to use. We had planned to cook at least one meal, but the state of the apartment and the dirty dishes made it impossible. To top it all off, the place was incredibly noisy - dogs barking, someone vomiting every night, and loud shouting and talking. But the cherry on top was when the host asked us to clean the apartment before leaving, as if it had been spotless when we arrived!

“Bad”

The best

Communication was terrible. The host was not answering us on Booking.com and hung up the phone when I called. When we came to the location nobody was there so I started booking another accommodation. When we managed to enter the building by neighbours letting us in we could not find the apartment for a while as it was not described good. At the end we enter and the host does not speak a word of english. The apartment is much much smaller than on photos and it is is a really bad condition. Mattress on a bed is falling to the middle so we could not sleep well. Sofa is the same. The microwave is not working. Toilet seat is falling apart. The is no place at the dining table for two people to sit and eat. I think that this stay was my worst since I am using Booling.com for 10 years. I regret booking it just because of the nice location.

The location was a great .. and the reaction of the host was very quick

To be improved

The language was a huge problem , none can speak English even the lady who received us to hand over the keys or the persons on whatsapp .. and this s frustrating if you have a problem and need to communicate.. also there were no TV channels or maybe there were but no one tried to show us how it works and becoz of the language I didn't bother to ask
