Great stay. Super nice and clean apartment in a brand area in Las Palmas.

To be improved

There is a lot of construction work going on in the area so there is quite a bit of noice. But only during the day.

The flat is very well looked after and the host pays attention to details. Everything is in good working order, fantastically clean. Very convenient location, a very short drive from almost everything in Las Palmas.

To be improved

You’re expected to wash the dishes and take the rubbish out. For the price this seems ludicrous. The handover of the keys might be a bit inconvenient, as one has to adjust the itinerary of the day to fit the collection.

The best

The apartment was spacious, stylish, and perfect for me as a solo traveler. The building itself was also brand new, super clean, and had stunning views of the area, including a beautiful pool that I enjoyed. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach and the mall. It was so convenient to have these popular spots nearby, and I was able to explore the local area with ease by foot (also they have TaxiClick, local taxi app/47 bus nearby) The host, Javi, is an absolutely amazing and great person. He made sure that I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall awesome stay!

Easy access to city center Safe area, new building Nice that it has parking spot available Host was very nice and helpful Everything went smooth with getting in and out of the apartmetn Nice gym facility and pool

Doesn't have a balcony View is not nice, it's not bad either
