I don’t think it’s worth the money. Looks better on pictures, the place is a mess and it’s smells.

When we got there we found that the main entrance door , unable to open the lock really could do with changing every time we needed to go out or come back took several attempts to open the handle from the inside hanging off and all rusty incase of an emergency you would struggle at one point had to contact the owner on how to get into the property but could only get through via message as calling the number there was no answer , eventually got reply back saying how to open the door with the key so anyone staying there please be mindful of the front main entrance door

When I made a booking I was surprised that such a lovely apartment on photos doesn't have 9+ rate. Usually I go for this rate, but this time decided to try this option as it had very convenient location for us. As soon as we have checked in, I was like OOOOHHHH THAT'S WHY it doesn't have a high rating. It is in need of full refurbishment as everything is rusty, scratched, marked or broken. Ceiling in the bedroom looks very scary for me, so we were sleeping in the living room. My biggest complain is customer service, usually when you check in (doesn't matter is it hotel or apartment) there is always a bottle of cold water in the fridge, it is just a nice gesture from the host,what makes you feel welcomed, worth to say there was nothing and selections tea and coffee was very miserable,but luckily, I always have my own. When I asked for extra toilet paper I was told'As a courtesy I will leave you two more rolls of paper, but we provide our guests with everything they need for their arrival and for their arrival to be comfortable, but we are not a hotel.', but the host provided it anyways(thank you for that!), hand soap was almost finished and I asked for it as well, but was given an old used piece of soap(which I wouldn't be using for hygienic reasons)so I bought two lovely hand gel soaps for kitchen and bathroom(hope your future guests will enjoy them and yes,both rooms need individual soaps). However, I cannot complain about soap as it was not listed in facilities, but toilet paper was and FACILITY means something what we can use throughout our stay, not just on arrival. For me it is not a problem to buy my own toilet paper,but you can say it nicely. Another problem is rubbish, there is only one bin under the sink, so it makes it really hard to sort the rubbish out,when you need 4 different ones or run every time outside to throw it away.

A little cold in the master bedroom and no heating option , and no sun on the terrasse

there is no way to lock the door of the apartment or the bedroom from inside since they removed the locker. it was a big downside for me since I need to feel safe and not feel that anyone can open the door at night, although the area looks safe I wouldn’t go back just because there’s no way to lock from inside.
