Lovely owner lady. Everything was clean. 5 minutes walk from nearest metro station. Ideal place for exploring Madrid. Nice surroundings with a lot of restaurants and cafés.

This is effectively a 'home stay'. I met the host lady (Wendy) and she was very pleasant and friendly. The room is absolutely fine. I stayed in the 'small room' but it's very comfortable, there's a nice bed, 2 side tables, some shelves, a cabinet to hang clothes. Bathroom just across. I have read some complaints on this site and I have no idea what they are complaining about. Please don't have any concerns. It's a very nice room. I was only there 2 nights, basically left in the morning and came back later. There's a 34 bus to Plaza de Cibeles and a 35 to Plaza Mayor within minutes of the house. Fantastic direct routes into the main parts of Madrid, which I really liked and easy to get back, too. There's also night buses that come within minutes that are easy to navigate and can help getting back to Plaza de Cibeles to catch the airport bus

The place was nice. A room in a flat with a shared bathroom, but I was alone. It´s a two minute walk from the Universidad del Magisterio. Several restaurants and bars are around. the owner was kind. the place was clean. No complaints.
