Clean, cleaning staff & kitchen staff were lovely.

Advertised: free shuttle & not true as you have to call them and they’ll book it for you and you still have to pay; balcony view, but the view is a bar 20 feet across from it and a bar adjacent to the building so very loud throughout the night and early morning; free breakfast, but depends on what room you book and they don’t tell you that at the time; rooms are super small; & staff @ front desk were rude & not helpful.

Excellent small hotel in a great area for letting cap sights. Walking distance from metro and airport bus. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good for 12 euros

The best

Small hotel located around 10 minute walk from the Las Ramblas Room was good but definitely worth paying a bit more for a room with a balcony as the rooms are quite small , good hot powerful shower. Rooms at the back are very noisy at night so take earplugs if your a light sleeper , no kettle in room but are available on request at reception Breakfast is very basic and the hot food was not hot just luke warm but was ok hot drinks available free between 12:00 and 20:00 which was a nice touch All staff are friendly we enjoyed our stay

I recently stayed at Acta BCN 40 in Barcelona and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is absolutely perfect - you’re within easy reach of all the major attractions and sites Barcelona has to offer, which made exploring the city a breeze. What really stood out, though, was the integrity and professionalism of the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in the room with $300 cash inside, and they immediately contacted me by email. Thanks to their honesty and quick response, I was able to retrieve it before leaving Barcelona. This kind of trustworthy service is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend Acta BCN 40 to anyone visiting Barcelona. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
