“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Do NOT book!”

This is possibly the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! We spent the day outside exploring Barcelona, and upon returning we saw BLOOD STAINED bedsheets. When we went downstairs to complain, the night manager on June 15, 2025 (attaching a photo of him) was unfazed and extremely rude. He said it’s not his job to deal with it and that we have to change the sheets ourselves. While we were downstairs complaining, another guest came down with the SAME COMPLAINT! Additionally, the WiFi doesn’t work and there’s no AC from 11pm — 7am! Which is not mentioned before booking. A horrible horrible experience. They have no business charging the prices they do!

“Great and relaxing stay”
The best

The cleanliness and hospitability of the staff were the best, the fact that manager accommodate me with the breakfast. The amenities and the hotel itself is very nice, new, modern and the breakfast was amazing, with a big selection of food.

To be improved

I guess the deposit that i had to pay for the towels that we took for the towels for the beach, however the money were always received back.

This was possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! We spent the day outside exploring Barcelona and upon returning to the property, we saw BLOOD stains on our sheets. We went downstairs to complain and the manager (on the night of June 12, 2025) essentially told us that it’s not his job to deal with it and we have to change the sheets on our own. No empathy, no apology, nothing. While we were complaining — another guest came downstairs with the SAME complaint! Additionally - they don’t have AC from 11pm - 7am — not mentioned before booking! For the price point they charge, it was not worth it at all! A horrible, horrible experience.

Cleanliness and modern design and dining room and shared guest room, very clean and modern.

To be improved

There was no cabinets so everything was out in the open, all the clothing and all other staff we had. Also, windows looking nowhere was not inviting
