The location was good and the apartment was comfortable.

To be improved

I had a 10€ taxi ride after picking up the keys, I found 2 cockroaches in the apartment and I had to sweep the floor when I got there, it looked like it,hadn't been cleaned properly apart from making the beds.

Drilling noises fvrom nearby apartments . No wifi or air con . Cold shower . Owners walking in to the apartments unannouced.

The best

Nice little studio with a fantastic view. The apartment is equipped with what you need to cook - there is air-conditioning and a washing machine. Very good bed. Top location. You must pick up the key at an office which is about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment - the people who work there are very helpful and provide good service.

Good location, large clean studio

To be improved

Although booked with booking. Com the entire arrangements were via fincas arena letting agents in the old town area, we were not made aware of this when we booked. Unaware we had to collect keys from the office or pay 10 euro to get them brought to the apartment, also had to go to the office to drop keys in. Not very convenient. A hairdryer would be appreciated in the studio.

Great location. Great sea views. Very clean

To be improved

No air con and no sun beds around the pool so unable to sit around it. Close to beach so used the beach instead. Air con should have been included in the price
