“An excellent apartment, fully equipped with everything!”

The best

Very clean and comfortable apartment, well equipped for a pleasant stay. Quiet location, yet close to everything. Excellent ceiling air conditioning in both the living room and main bedroom. There were some minor issues, but nothing that affected our stay — we’re not picky, and Francis,our host, resolved them promptly. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

The whole experience of staying at ADDA Loft Oficina was an exceptional experience. The apartment was clean and had all the equipment to make our staying comfortable. Very strong recommended!

“Spacious but Dark Apartment with Inconvenient Owner”

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with both washing and drying machines. It’s located about a 15-minute walk from the city center, with lots of coffee shops nearby. The Wi-Fi was good.

To be improved

The apartment is quite dark, even though it has many windows. Due to its location, almost no natural light comes in. The day before checkout, the owner insisted on inspecting the apartment and informed us only one hour in advance. As a result, we had to reschedule our plans for that day. The owner should understand that tourists usually plan their activities in advance, and the best time to check the apartment is at or just before checkout.

“Amazing!”

The best

The location was really excellent - no noise can be heard at all! As well, we loved that it was very clean and spacious! Air conditioning in the apartment was amazing, as well was the bed (and I can be picky).

To be improved

The bathroom can sometimes be smelly, but it is bearable as it's not always. The apartment smells just a little bit - you can feel the moist. The door to the "drying room" did not close which was just a bit worrying me. Still, I would book again as these all are just minor issues.

“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a short or longer stay. We found everything we may have needed during our stay, from cleaning products to beach umbrellas and towels. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. It was quiet at night, no annoying noises from neighbours etc. We stayed for 4 nights in May/June, so we really appreciated air conditioning and window blinds. It is located within walking distance from Mercado (10 min), Explanada (25 min) public transport stops, supermarkets and restaurants.

To be improved

The apartment is on the ground floor of a corner building, but thanks to the blinds and tight windows you can't hear the traffic, which is actually quite small there. It's not for those looking for windows with a nice view. It wasn't an obstacle for us, but I write it down here in case someone looks for one.

Location is quite nice, not in the direct touristic area but close so you can enjoy local life and utilities. free parking in the streets around the place. 👌 would come again
