“Forever grateful for the helpfulness of hotel staff!”

The best

My son stayed at this hotel on a school trip last October. He had a great time and said the hotel was brilliant. The main reason for the review is that he left an item of great sentimental value behind. The hotel staff couldn't have been more brilliant and helpful at finding it, packaging it up and dropping it off at a courier's to send back to us. They even followed up with me afterwards to check whether the item had made it home safely. We are forever grateful to Magdalena and the staff at the hotel for their kindness and helpfulness!

“A lovely break in a quiet, very Spanish coastal resort.”

The best

Really friendly staff and great breakfast. Lovely clean and comfortable room. The hotel lent us a beach umbrella and 2 chairs which was kind.

To be improved

The room had air conditioning which was essential and worked well. Unfortunately our room was located one floor up from the very noisy air con unit for the restaurant.

“Nice place, but no internet”

The best

Located a couple blocks from the sea with easy street parking while we were there. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. There was no internet at all in our room. We reported it to the staff at the front desk and they said they would take care of it, but it never worked.

“Good but attention could be better”

The best

The hotel is one block from the beach. The town is not the most lively (I went mid September, however), but walking by the beach to the west there plenty of places. It was a fair price considering the other places in the area. I don't have any opinion about the restaurant nor the pool since we didn't use them. They had reserved parking on the street, in most days we didn't have issues except last night that we had to find a place somewhere else.

To be improved

The staff was kind of.. unattentive? I don't know, they were not the nicest. In our last night for some reason the electronic key stopped working and we had to try 3 times before they finally fixed it, they didn't went with us to check that all was fine, weird behavior; not even an apology for the inconvenience. Also they threatened to cancel our booking if we didn't pay beforehand using their own 3rd party website, instead of just charging us via Booking or paying at the property, not nice.
