well equipped house, nice living room. Area is ok, remote from shops and restaurants. Shared pool was clean and very nice

To be improved

Some parts of the house need renovating, showers are not good, lack of warm water. Walls are very thin so lot of noises from the other houses

The best

Located in a quiet neighbourhood on the road to Finestrat but very close to the edge of Benidorm. Parking behind a secure gate for 1 car and room for more on the road outside if needed. No real amenities (ie restaurants or shops) within walking distance but super close to out of town shopping area by car which includes Carrefour, Decathlon and LIDL. Shared access to unheated outside pools. Extremely clean house with comfortable furnishings. Plenty of cutlery, pans, glasses, plates etc.

To be improved

Other travellers with young kids should be aware all the blinds had long looped cords which are a strangulation risk (we simply tied them up out of reach and replaced before leaving). Also no oven dishes to use in the oven.
