Was a little open in terms of layout you can see everyone in the flat all the time but a removable privacy screen may distract from the design

“Not recommended - unpleasant apartment and bad experience with the host”

- garage - definitely useful in this location if you travel by car - location close to the city center

To be improved

- Main issue - key collection. The host made us wait for almost an hour on the street in the evening, with three small kids. They refused to share the lock code until we will send photos of full IDs for all 7 guests*. We got unclear instructions, and even after we provided the photos of all ID's, we had to collect the key from another location. * Yes, I know there's a law in Spain that requires host to get and submit guest details, BUT it's certain details like id number, names etc., not full copy of ID, and keeping us outside with kids for an hour was just the host's bad will and lack of empathy. Requesting ID photos is a very bad security and privacy practice, we did share it only because we were left on the street with kids in the evening. - Besides that, the apartment is very dark and not very pleasant. It's basically a narrow room with small windows just on a short end. It's lit with cold office-like light. - beddings (duvet) were without any cover - the host explained that's their standard. - no dishwasher - limited hot water - on the first evening we run out of warm water very quickly. It's enough for a couple of ppl only if you take super quick showers. - very limited space in kitchen for an apartment for 8 guests - open-space - it's basically one huge open-space with several beds - broken lock - the main door was broken, so we had to enter through the garage with only one remote. It was a minor inconvenience as we we're only 2 groups, but if you're travelling in a group of several ppl and want to use the property independently, that may be an issue.
