“Very comfortable flat in a brilliant location”

From the start Alberto kept in contact with us by phone and met us for check in. He allowed us to access the property a bit earlier so we could put in the bags. The flat was a good size and very well equipped with washing machine and drying facilities which was handy. The beds were a good size, very clean and comfortable. The property was fifteen minutes walk from the station and just round the corner from the main square. Despite being opposite a bus stop it was quiet at night in the flat. We found plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The bed sheets in one of the rooms were not clean and the pillows in that room were old with one of the pillows not even having a cover. Towels left over from other guests in the main bathroom, broken class behind a door and what appeared to be popcorn under the bed. It was very hot, no AC, just one unit in the living room that did not give enough coolness to the rest of the apartment. The amount of pigeons at the windows did not allow for opening of said windows and i even found a feather int he bed. The "en-suite" bathroom has a weird water set up, that the owners should warn about. The noise when you flush is extremely loud and disrupting. The shower in that bathroom is slippery. The building is not set up for wheelchair bound people. We have a child who is diabled and the wheelchair would not fit in the elevator.
