The hotel was near us and my husband has mobility Robles so we did not want to travel very far and we were 40 years married it was our ruby anniversary

The best

2 nice pools. Decent breakfast buffet, good variety. Most guests were on an all inclusive but not me. About 6 lifts so no queuing which was good. Bus stop to Vera and Garrucha outside.

To be improved

No kettle in room. Breakfast was €12.50 if you weren't on all inclusive, a bit expensive. I only had it once. Cafe only opened at 10 so had to wait till then for a coffee when I wasn't hungry enough for a big breakfast. No croissants or bakery items. Nowhere within a walk to get a coffee at 9 am. Gym only open 5pm to 6pm and you had to pay.

The best

Large comfortable Room. Staff pleasant & helpful. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Very Spanish.

To be improved

Size & layout made it quite difficult to locate rooms. Location is great for the beach but need a car to go further afield. More attention required to cleaning of the room Breakfast not great.

The best

I found my stay to be ok, Dimitri was very helpful. The hotel food was good, a lot of variety, the resort is well looked after and staff are friendly.

To be improved

The location is fine for drivers but not for getting taxis as it is expensive to go anywhere that’s more then half an hour away. was disappointed by one member of staffs service as I went to book a taxi, she told me Fort Bravo was 10/20 mins away but it ended up being 40 mins and I still wasn’t there so told the driver to turn around and take me back after the metre reached €70. Thankfully the driver turned the metre off on the way back. I should have researched but staff should have local knowledge of how far away places are, especially when promoting these attractions.
