“The location of the property is perfect short walk to the beach and near restaurants and shops. The property was spotless clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are lovely and spotless clean. Different pool areas for whatever suits you I.e adults only, lively family pool or a quieter family pool and the splash pool for kids too. The food was lovely in the restaurants good quality, all inclusive can be repetitive but you will always find something to eat. All the staff in this hotel worked extremely hard and are always so friendly. · Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like”

The rooms are lovely and spotless clean. Different pool areas for whatever suits you I.e adults only, lively family pool or a quieter family pool and the splash pool for kids too. The food was lovely in the restaurants good quality, all inclusive can be repetitive but you will always find something to eat. All the staff in this hotel worked extremely hard and are always so friendly.

“The complex was lovely and well kept Restaurants spotless staff where amazing and helpful in the restaurants Food was lovely Beds very comfortable and pillows No sunbed wars if towels down and no one on them for 30 mins they will get removed for you to collect · Cons: Pool bar bit more of a food selection More staff at the bars ques where long Entertainment..even though the reps do an amazing job There use to be amazing outside acts brought in every night and it was brilliant so bring this back!”

“Nice hotel but location was too far away from strip for us.”

Toilet in room not private, glass door that didn’t go to ceiling. Stairs to room quite dirty & floor in outside bar quite dirty. Location 40 minutes walk to strip, had to wait 40 minutes each evening to get a taxi to strip.

food was diabolical, wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy to eat here. Staff were rude. Erika Diaz subdirector should not be allowed to communicate with staff. I have never had the displeasure of meeting someone like her ever
