Aerotel Madrid Airport - Terminal 4

Hotel is not located in transit area but you have to exit first. Room is small and there are no windows. Metro station is close and rail sound is disturbing and nearly continuous. It’s positive you don’t need to get out the terminal building but I would not book it again.

I sent an email on 2/21/25 while I was at the Madrid Intl. Airport requesting directions to your hotel. I never received a response! When I landed at Madrid Int. Airport on 3/7/25, I could NOT find the Air Rooms at the airport ( no signs). I called the reservation desk & the lady gave me very poor directions to the Air Rooms at the airport. It took us another 30 minutes to find the hotel!!! I am very disappointed in the service & would NOT recommend this hotel to any flight passengers!!!!

A clean and comfortable room with everything you need for a night's stay before a flight. If you have more than a few hours of connection between flights and too little to travel to the city then this is not a bad solution at all. Although there are no windows, everything else is at a good level

Clean and spacious, but they do not store luggage and charge 35 Euro an hour for late checkout. Not a good place to stay if you want to explore the city before catching an afternoon flight next day. Quite expensive, although the rooms are quiet .
