This apartment in Ageta is perfectly located right above the beach. You can simply walk over and down a small staircase, and you’ll find yourself right on the beach in Ageta. It’s modern, with a large outdoor area featuring artificial grass. And you’ll experience the most stunning sunsets you could ever dream of.

The apartment is new. It’s a great place to live.

The best

The location was fantastic as it was outside of the town, but within walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. There is a lighted walking path that was very convenient as well. The apartment was very spacious and had a great layout. The two bathrooms and washer/dryer were a plus for our family of four. The property managers were fantastic! They were quick with communications (either sharing info or answering messages). They quickly resolved a couple of minor problems which we appreciated.

To be improved

The apartment floors were dirty with previous guest's hair. Wind often blows into the apartment when the door is open, so dust and dirt is to be expected to some degree. This was not a show stopper. We would stay here again.
