“Great property, amazing location, would definitely recommend to friends and family”

The best

The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the town next to bars and restaurants. Most shops and restaurants had closed by midnight and the noise levels were well controlled and allowed my 5 & 7 year olds to get to sleep before 8pm. The property was clean and tidy and the fixtures and fittings were good quality.

To be improved

The property had everything we needed for a great stay, the only thing I couldn’t find was a kettle. It would have been helpful if the property had a dishcloth / sponge / washing up liquid for keeping the plates and cutlery clean but this is a minor issue as we had come prepared.

“Cozy and clean apartment”

The best

The Agi Joan Badosa apartments was very nice and clean, with great location in Roses city. Staff is very helpful and welcoming to visitors. The rooms very lovely with clean bedding. We don’t have any problems with wi-if in apartments. Very short distance to beach and city centre, restaurants, market.

To be improved

Only one minus - the are no salt, no sugar, no coffee in the kitchen, washing machine on the roof- there was no detergent. But, it wasn’t a problem for us, just a recommendation for apartments owners.

Nothing, very disappointed. The details of this apartment were not in your Booking.com advertisement. We request a full refund

To be improved

Very dissapointed and upset. We had to climb four flights of stairs in the dark hall to get to the apartment, carrying luggage. There was a pull out bed from a high wall that I could not pull down. None of this was mentioned in the description or the photos. The apartment we requested was not shown in your photos. I nearly fell down a flight of stairs on our exit from the building. We did not stay there and had to book somewhere more suited to us. We request a full refund.

Great location. very small apartment, however good use of small space. large communal roof top area with washing machine.

To be improved

lot of stairs so not suitable for older or unfit people. no lift.
