Agi Marina Apartments

We had an end apartment this time which unlike the middle/centre apartments had a much smaller shower. Unfortunately this was too small for our particular needs, as we have to bring with us a stool to sit on whilst showering due to mobility issues. The bedroom was affected by noise from the outside metal steps, when people were coming and going late at nightly and early in the mornings! The apartment itself was really in need of re-decoration. It lacked a kettle, and toaster always burnt the bread, so was dangerous to use , as we couldn’t adjust the temperature knob!The TV didn’t work ( even after a new remote was sent, after we reported it was not working on arrival) it then only worked for 1 day! The internet connection was very intermittent. The outside path around building is somewhat uneven and lacks lighting, so can be particularly problematic at night. There is a low overhead corner of the lower floor apartment as you walk around the outside, which should have some sort of safety feature indicating the need for caution, especially at night! Likewise the low overhead ceiling of the door into the laundry room!

Sewage smell, very uncomfortable seating for TV, dirty bed blanket. Very poor decoration.

Uneven path around side and front of property. Dangerous low (at head height) overhanging balcony wall on side corner of path/ building. Poor internet signal
