“It was not a good experience.”
The best

We arrived to find that the bathroom was flooded with water. We contacted the agent immediately. The response was quick telling us that they would have their maintenance team there ASAP. The maintenance group arrived and didn’t fix the problem. We visited the agent’s office and a representative said that they did not have the right technician to fix the problem. We continued to have to “wade” in water in order to use the bathroom throughout our visit. Each time we stepped in the bathroom our shoes/feet became wet and tracked out into the rest of the unit causing a serious falling risk.

To be improved

The flooded bathroom floor that was uncomfortable and dangerous.
