“unacceptable key providing policy, boring environment unsuitable for cycling”

at the end we did get the key

To be improved

getting the key was a disaster. They claim not having to have an open office at Sundays and don't answer phone or what's app. After 4 hours of trying to get in contact they let us collect the key several kilometers walk away from the apartment. At arriving there, they claimed doing extra, seems like they find it normal not to provide a key at Sunday for a client that booked and paid

Good location nice place

We have been staying for 10 days the apartment is in good location but bathroom and toilet smells bad and no air conditioning also swimming pool was cross the street and not very clean and crowd. Not recommended at all
