“Great position but tired apartment”

The position is excellent. The terrace is a great size.

To be improved

The apartment is very tired. Wall paper peeling off the walls. The soft furnishings smell bad and are dirty. Low budget beds and pillows. And don't bother trying to get a car into the parking space underneath, its for a motorbike....

“Fantastic place, we would definitely go again.”

The best

Location of the property excellent for walking around the centre of Roses. Plenty of shops and restaurants open even at the end of October. We didn’t use the car for a few days because there is enough to do on foot. Property is a good size for 3-4 people. Pool was still open on the site but we went in the sea.

To be improved

Some of the kitchen crockery is a bit tired and could be replaced. The apartment is behind other apartment buildings so the amount of sun onto the terrace is limited so on the off season it could a bit cool on the terrace. In high season it would be a benefit. As per other reviews the parking is tricky in the apartment car park and the internet is on and off, but if you know about this in advance it is not a problem.
