Agradable casa con jardín privado

the host gave me the wrong code for the key box. At 0400 am after a wedding we couldnt get in to the house. I ended up waking up the neighbours in the hope that they might have the key. We finally got in 45 minutes later. I wrote to them and they were very sorry and said they would let me know whet they could do, i never heard from them again even after writing to them various times. Very nice house but do not expect customer service.

I recently stayed at this house and had an absolutely terrible experience. The furniture was old and worn, and there was a pervasive smell throughout the entire property. To make matters worse, we couldn't leave the windows open because an infestation of cockroaches would come in. We tried to air out the bedroom, but after going out to eat, we came back to find the room crawling with cockroaches. It was disgusting and unacceptable. Adding to the horror, there was an obvious camera in the living room, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and violated. When we tried to contact the property owners to address these issues, they were completely unresponsive. They refused to provide a phone number for us to send pictures and didn't return our calls. Despite sending all the pictures and evidence to Booking.com, they sided with the property owners, who falsely claimed the house was clean. We ended up sleeping in our car and had to rent another place for the rest of our stay. This whole situation was not normal and felt like a big scam. I strongly advise against staying here.
