To be improved

Seemed a little expensive for a one night stay but would be better value if you intend to cook your own food in the kitchen facilities instead of eating out. Would have liked free tea/coffee in the room at this price.

“Get away from the city with everything within reach”

The view from our room was breathtaking everytime we woke up or came back from visiting the surrounding areas. The room gets tidied every single day in a very thorough way. The bathroom is nice and large. The communal kitchen is easy to work with and also gets cleaned every day. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Have recommendations about where to eat and what to do. Are easy going and very helpful. They tried to prioritize our room so we could Check-in as soon as we arrived. We really appreciated that The only way to get there is by car and there is plenty of space to park. The beach is only 8 min away. San Sebastian is a 20 min drive. The room is pretty soundproof. Unless someone is talking right in front of the door, you can't really hear other guests. Our stay was everything we wished it was and would definitely recommend to stay here! On the hosts side there is not much more they can do to make the place better!!

The kitchen is provided with minimal equipment. So you'll have to work around that if you want to cook a big meal. But since restaurants in the surrounding area are not the most expensive, it's not the biggest issue. Because the house is on top of the mountain, outside sounds do echo around. We were here in august 2024. There was a building site at the edge of the mountain and the sounds that came from there traveled all the way to our room. So if you like to sleep with the window open do take that in account.
