“Tranquil bespoke stay in Basque countryside”
The best

We had the most beautiful time at Agroturismo Azkarraga after 5 days of walking. Everything was perfect, house, room, pool and sauna, food (Fernando cooked lovely vegetarian options), and the surroundings. It was so tranquil, we even had a visit from the local fox during dinner. Really special break before we resumed our walking.

The best

It’s in a beautiful rural setting. The small hotel also has an indoor pool w sauna. Very new and well appointed. The food is absolutely out of this world. As we sat at dinner a fox came trotting to the window to stare into the glass. He was adorable.

The best

Fernando is an amazing host, he's very kind and relaxed. He made an exquisite dinner for the two of us even though the restaurant was closed. We were late because of some family emergency but he was very understanding and considerate. The sauna is also very nice to enjoy as well as the beautiful surroundings. I can really recommend this place if you enjoy nature, quietness and relaxing.
