Good location for ibiza town and santa gertrudis-

Bedroom was small and dark and right onto the reception area, which was noisy throughout the night. On arrival we found the toilet had an unwelcome and revolting surprise in it when we arrived. No one had bothered to flush the loo when they were cleaning it after last guest. Very small bathroom towels, no bathrobe. Horrible pillow (one long one to share between two) and luke warm water to shower in. Lots of wasps by pool area.

The entire place is absolutely stunning – stylish, peaceful, and designed with great attention to detail. The pool area, in particular, is a true highlight and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was also excellent. A very special thank you to Toni, who is an exceptionally warm and welcoming host. His kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly memorable.

To be improved

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like – we felt completely comfortable and well taken care of.

The best

Some rooms were probably as described on this site but not ours . The cooked eggs fir breakfast were good although the liquid yogurt and coffee from the machine were horrible.

To be improved

Our room was not as depicted on this site . It was a small dark room with one high 40 cm square window , a dated flowery bedcover , no cushions and one uncomfortable pillow each with a very dated bathroom . We complained and were moved to a lighter room with a small terrace but with the same dated furnishings and chipped bath - still nothing like the photos on the website . They then asked for an additional sum for the upgrade . The hotel sadly overlooks a large industrial zone and is a drive to any restaurants. There is nowhere comfy to sit in the grounds and the pool is very small as half is a shallow child’s pool . As many reviews say , the smell is horrible.
