Exceptional stay. The apartment is fantastic, excellent view, a true nature retreat, easy check-in, check-out. Clean and stylish, everything works perfectly.

To be improved

Reaching the place might be difficult at first glance for less experienced drivers, but it is manageable.

“We had a nice stay in a lovely haven away from the crowds and the positives well outweighed the little niggles!!”
The best

Quiet setting with a good view. Spacious and comfortable and well away from the overdeveloped coastline. Santa Brígida is a nice little town with some good restaurants and a huge supermarket. The property is very designer led for looks, occasionally at the expense of practicality!!

To be improved

There is parking at the property but it is not very easy to access as the accommodation is in a narrow and occasionally busy road. The “pool” is some distance from the property and no seats there at all. Good for a quick cool off but no more. There is a nice terrace with sun beds at the house but there is no sunshade. The bathroom (very designer) lacked shelves or hooks and any shampoo bottles etc need to go on the floor in the shower. There was no information pack in the property. These were only minor niggles. I know that it is beyond the owner’s control but the dogs opposite barked all night!! Our only real problem was the ANTS everywhere - kitchen surfaces, shelves, sitting room, bedroom and even in the bed!!!

The best

Really lovely villa in peaceful location. Very tasteful and great big bathroom. We didn’t have a car but it was walkable to the nice town of Santa Brígida. Nice market at the weekends. Lots of good trail walking/running routes around.

To be improved

Lots of ants but that is understandable in a hot country.
