“Great place for a rural stay with fantastic food”

The best

We stayed for 2 nights after a day in Bilbao, so found the location very peaceful, quiet and restful. We had a warm welcome, and could choose a time to suit us for dinner. The evening meal was a limited choice of home cooked local produce - it was excellent. Our room was large and had all the facilities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area - lots of walking and great cycling.

To be improved

Not a lot! If you like to be within walking distance of shops/bars/cafes this probably isn't the place for you. If you like peace and quiet, this is an excellent place to stay with very hospitable hosts.

I choose to make a reservation in this village instead of bigger cities and it worth. People here is very friendly, only positive vibes.

It's been a little bit difficult to communicate because of language barrier, since hosts doesn't speak English

“Like we never want to leave ...”

The best

Extraordinary people, working a lot and doing everything not just to please you and feel comfortable, but feel like home. Excellent breakfast and dinner, great food, with a taste that it is hard to describe it - you will have to try it. We’ll get there like tourists and leave like old friends. The Basque Contry and this particular location it is a must do and see in Spain. Thank you ! Gracias para todo !
